Leon Keya is a former Secretary General of the Kenya Squash Rackets Association and has almost 30 years of experience in squash, both in competition and administration. Some of his accolades include:

• **National Team Coach** for Kenya team in 2014 Commonwealth Games
• **Squash Captain** for Impala Club
• **Coaching activities** for KSRA school program (Parklands Boys Secondary School, Nairobi School, Saint Mary’s School)
• Provide **private coaching clinics** for Corporate teams (KenGen Naivasha, Embu Water Squash team)
• Provide **technical supervision** for Junior Holiday program at Impala Club
• Provide **private coaching lessons** for Kipepeo Squash Team Mombasa
• Plan KSRA tournaments, development programs and activities for the year, carry out monitoring and evaluation processes and do project reports at the end of the year. These include Tournaments, Ranking, Coaching and Refereeing programs, Junior and Senior programs, standards, fundraising, communication and documentation among others.
