Elizabeth Mulwa is the current Kenya number one in the lady’s category and has dedicated many years of her life in playing and promoting the game of squash in Kenya. What started as a passion has now grown into a lifelong commitment – not just to excel on the court but to changing lives through sport.

With a deep love for squash, Liz Mulwa now serves as both a coach and mentor to young players across the country. She is passionate about nurturing talent and building confidence in children, many of whom are just starting out at the grassroots level.

For Liz squash is about more than just winning, it’s about creating opportunities and hope for the next generation.
