Leon Keya is a former Secretary General of the Kenya Squash Rackets Association and has almost 30 years of experience in squash, both in competition and administration. Some of his accolades include:

Plan KSRA tournaments, development programs and activities for the year, carry out monitoring and evaluation processes and do project reports at the end of the year. These include Tournaments, Ranking, Coaching and Refereeing programs, Junior and Senior programs, standards, fundraising, communication and documentation among others.
